We do not ask you for personal information. There is no account, no newsletter signup, no contact form and no checkout on this site.
Your browser sends standard technical information with every request, including IP address, user agent, referring page and the time of the request. Our hosting provider records this in server logs for security and operational purposes.
If you arrive here from a paid advertisement, the advertising platform appends a click identifier to the URL. Common examples are gclid, gbraid and wbraid from Google, fbclid from Meta, msclkid from Microsoft, and ttclid from TikTok.
This site stores those identifiers in a first-party cookie named adv_cid for up to 90 days, and reattaches them to your link when you click through to maxoratide.com. The purpose is attribution: it lets the advertiser connect a purchase back to the advertisement that paid for the visit. The cookie holds the click identifier only. It does not contain your name, email address or any information you have typed.
You can clear it at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to read anything here.
This site may load Google Tag Manager and analytics tools that record page views, scroll depth and clicks on outbound links, in aggregate. Where those services are active they set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Clicking through to maxoratide.com takes you to a site we do not operate. Maxoratide LLC handles its own data collection under its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there, including any research access certification, is collected by that company and not by us.
We do not sell data and we do not share it beyond the advertiser and the advertising and analytics platforms named above.
